Take away the franchise... I brought back a perfectly clean trailer after their opening hours and they charged me a cleaning fee. According to Google reviews, I'm not the first one who that kind of thing happened. These guys are not honest and do arm to your name.

Il a facturé 20$ supplémentaire (Frais de services après heure d'ouvertures) sans m'informer. Il a facturé 15$ de nettoyage alors que la remorque été dans le mm état lorsque je l'ai récupéré. Je l'ai rappelé plusieurs fois au téléphone mais il réponds pas.
JIHED RLa cour est très petite, personne sur place pour m’indiquer où stationner la remorque, l’espace est trop restreint.

Dominic PThere was no one when I dropped the truck, but I called one of the number posted on the door and someone helped me on the phone to make sure everything was done correctly. I recommend that you take pictures of the truck before leaving and after dropping it off to avoid any issues ; the inside of the truck was a little dirty and when I pick it up, they wanted to charge me a cleaning fee when I dropped it off, even if I sweep the floor. Luckily, I had pictures proof that I dropped it off the same way I picked it up and customer service was really efficient to reimburse me.
