The haul was not clean in the inside. Also there was a mechanical issue with the truck. The gear got stuck in park and I could not operate the vehicle. I had to get in towed, no one came until 1 in the morning.

CHRISTIEN HThe lock box was hard to find - the pic made it seem like the lock box was in the wheel well. I just happened to look up and see it on the wall behind the drive thru menu area on the building. Otherwise/ it was easy.
Melissa HThe reason for the average rating because the truck I was assigned to didn’t have the key in the lock box and had to ask for help to get assigned a different truck. So was a bit of an inconvenience
EDGAR HTiming is off I turned vehicle back in before my reciept states so I was charged for more time.so I will not be using the online service from this point. Truck was not clean at all had no time to change it !
