Only issue we had was when we were trying to decide which item to rent. We asked how much it was per mile if we rented a larger truck instead of a trailer and the service attendant said she didn't know and didn't make any attempt to help us further. Poor customer service.
GEORGE SI rented a u-haul online at a set price and when I came in to pickup the truck the person changed the price adding $1000.00 to the total. I called u-haul and they changed it back. This happened a total of 4 times with u-haul corporate asking why they were changing it at the location. The guy behind the counter finally “got the price right” after 2 hours and said go hook up the u-haul truck and car hauler. He then came out and said the price changed again but his boss was working on the refund. The refund never came and the receipt shows the forged signature on the credit card. I strongly discourage people from renting from this fraudulent company.
COLE CThe 1st piece of equipment had lights either not working or not secure. The person working there didnt hook up the equipment to my vehicle. And even though I brought the vehicle back the same day, I was charged for 2 days which prompted me to make a call to UHaul c/s for a refund. Overall,very dissatisfied with the experience.
MARCEDES WMake sure the ratchet straps function as they should.
