After an initial issue caused by weather (location opening late) everyone involved worked diligently and successfully to make the matter right. The adjustment of the final bill exceeded my expectations and thus, great service and response turned this into a positive experience. Thank you.

This is more of an U-Haull issue than a location issue. The tires on both front tires were worn down past the steel belts to the point the belts were frayed. I called after I noticed this (wife picked up the u-haul) and U-haul wanted to come service the truck instead of dropping it off and switching it out for another truck. They wanted to come to my location while I am trying to load to change the tire. This is beyond idiotic, not to mention generally unsafe for both steer tires to be worn down past the belts.

MARK LThe young man who processed the rental when I picked it up was very nice BUT when I told him the lights on the trailer were working intermittently when hooked up he just shrugged his shoulders. Offered no help at all. I had to set the trailer myself onto the vehicle (set on ball, attach safety chains, connect electrical). All he did was take an image with his phone. Never did he even check the ball connection or chains. Since the electrical was flaky I just towed the trailer without lights and hoped I wouldn’t get pulled over. This was not the experience I was used to with other U-Haul locations.
JAY P1st, It was in a convenience store but only one employee so I had to wait 10 minutes for the guy to take a bathroom break to open the store. 2nd, He put in the wrong information on the pulling vehicle and couldn't straighten it out. 3rd, He had to keep stopping to help others check out because he was the only one working. It took 45 minutes to pick up a trailer that I had already reserved and loaded the correct info in the App.
