The young man who processed the rental when I picked it up was very nice BUT when I told him the lights on the trailer were working intermittently when hooked up he just shrugged his shoulders. Offered no help at all. I had to set the trailer myself onto the vehicle (set on ball, attach safety chains, connect electrical). All he did was take an image with his phone. Never did he even check the ball connection or chains. Since the electrical was flaky I just towed the trailer without lights and hoped I wouldn’t get pulled over. This was not the experience I was used to with other U-Haul locations.

1st, It was in a convenience store but only one employee so I had to wait 10 minutes for the guy to take a bathroom break to open the store. 2nd, He put in the wrong information on the pulling vehicle and couldn't straighten it out. 3rd, He had to keep stopping to help others check out because he was the only one working. It took 45 minutes to pick up a trailer that I had already reserved and loaded the correct info in the App.

JAMES BOnly issue we had was when we were trying to decide which item to rent. We asked how much it was per mile if we rented a larger truck instead of a trailer and the service attendant said she didn't know and didn't make any attempt to help us further. Poor customer service.
GEORGE SI rented a u-haul online at a set price and when I came in to pickup the truck the person changed the price adding $1000.00 to the total. I called u-haul and they changed it back. This happened a total of 4 times with u-haul corporate asking why they were changing it at the location. The guy behind the counter finally “got the price right” after 2 hours and said go hook up the u-haul truck and car hauler. He then came out and said the price changed again but his boss was working on the refund. The refund never came and the receipt shows the forged signature on the credit card. I strongly discourage people from renting from this fraudulent company.
