pickup..... arrived 09:09 for a 9am reservation. left at 9:49. in advance I selected Mobil/ app based checkout. I had to go inside & stand next to 1 man running a register while he bounced back & forth between myself & folks buying gallons of cheap vodka at 9am on a Sunday. took 40 minutes to leave the lot !!!!! I started my day pissed off after this

ROBERT MThere was only one attendant at the location, so it took her a while to get everything worked out for the rental. Otherwise, the trucks and trailers were very well organized, and the site had plenty of room to maneuver.
