Everything was good when I picked up when I returned the older woman met was there. I was returning to seemed a little crabby overall happy with the service.

KENNETH HThis is more of an U-Haull issue than a location issue. The tires on both front tires were worn down past the steel belts to the point the belts were frayed. I called after I noticed this (wife picked up the u-haul) and U-haul wanted to come service the truck instead of dropping it off and switching it out for another truck. They wanted to come to my location while I am trying to load to change the tire. This is beyond idiotic, not to mention generally unsafe for both steer tires to be worn down past the belts.
