Victoria TWhy did I spend my time doing all the online crap only to have the place that I picked up the truck not have my vehicle ready? Yes you upgraded me but what should have been 5 minutes was 45 minutes because of ineptitude, making my delivery late. Your app btw sucks and you should fire the idiots that made it. So I will next time be using a more expensive but qualified and professional place, Hertz. I am really pissed about this experience and the unprofessional is of the garage you use.
