Have a backup plan for when Uhauls system is “down.” Have the ability to check trucks out on paper if needed. My entire move was almost derailed due to uhauls system being down, which caused a major delay. This was not the pickup locations fault.

Know how your company works, worst experience ever…..originally book at the 66 Colvin Ave Albany NY site ……..no one there to give us truck that was originally booked for pick up……took an hour and half to get truck had to be diverted to another city to pick one up. Was paying movers by the hour to help us move heavy pieces of furniture Worst experience ever!!!!!!!!! 800 number was wonderful though !!!!! Looking for refund … had to pay movers more money because we were so late at picking up and dropping off!!!!!!!!!!…..refund to credit card on record would be appreciated!!!!!
BRYAN NMight have been the weather but when I turned on the truck it said low tire pressire front right tire. Since the place of business was not open, I went to a local gas station put air in and the light went off.
