The location was fine. My issue is after returning the truck 39 minutes late, I was charged for an additional full day. I was never told that was even a possibility at time of pick up. I have used Uhaul a number of times. This billing experience causes it to be my last. I am a completely dissatisfied customer and will certainly share this experience to anyone considering using Uhaul in the future.
MARK LTrash left in truck either by previous user don't like root beer bottles running across floor was returned on Saturday February 14 at 11:00 pm which and did your drop box deal gas was filled up have receipt for this and no offer of partial refund and was really pissed at u haul and your selection of users that you want to represent your company.
DAVID KSeat was broken so couldn’t adjust. Reserved a 26 ft and ended up with a 10 ft with no ramp or dolly. Terrible service guys
KAYLEE TThe trailer was clean overall appearance, but the running lights did not work plus when we got there to pick it up. The trailer was stuck in a snow pile the gentleman that worked there said everything worked as it should, but that is not correct. I had to have someone follow us to return it. We nearly got pulled over by a police officer. He followed us for a long while.
