I made a reservation a week from my move date and setup online pickup so we could go pickup the van and start moving as we only had 3 days to move. The reservation was setup, but the keys for the equipment weren't ready and the appliance dolly was not in the van. We had to wait an hour for the store to open and wait another hour and a half to actually get our equipment because of the slow system. The employee who took care of us was very kind and worked as fast as he could to fix the situation. There were two other people besides me who had to deal with the same situation. For better customer service pleaase fix your website. Other than my schedule being put back the equipment was excellent and easy to use.

EDWARD BOur rental of the actual van was fine. The biggest issue was the hand truck that I rented as part of my truvk rental was not available when we picked up the truck. We ended up having to carry everything by hand to load it into the truck - NOT HAPPY. Everyone is now sore and complaining about the rental.
