The transmission needs to be replaced. There was many times the gears wouldn't shift or just stayed stuck. When you are going down a busy highway, speed limit 60, and the truck is stuck at 30 for a mile or so, that is dangerous

Actually the people at this location were EXCELLENT. The Zion's Crossroad area is growing and frankly, there is a location (i.e., large multi-use warehouse location on HWY 250 going west of Zion just a mile or so that would be excellent for a full service storage and rental area. While I like the people at this location and they were very helpful, the location itself could be better in terms of having more variety (i.e., having pickups and trailers for rental this location does not have the capacity for). Just some thoughts.

BRIAN LI was not given the truck that I was told I would be getting.I wanted the 15 ft with a ramp and I got a 10 ft with no ramp. I am very unhappy about this. I had rented a truck 3 weeks prior and I told him I wanted the same size and that's not what I got.
