The truck was dirty inside with some kind of dirty metal pick on the dashboard, I was told the tank was half filled which wasn’t true when I picked it up. I specifically declined any insurance on the agreement and they decided to add it on. My bill should’ve less than $50 and they some how totaled almost $70, the clerk told me they have nothing to do with that. Does U-Haul just randomly overcharge their customers?
