They charged me $16 for extra gas when I left it exactly where I got it. I had pictures to prove it.

Terrible neighborhood, did not feel safe, pick up very difficult. Won’t be using this location again.
Nathan MThe only improvement will be the online check in, I selected no coverage considering I was only going 2miles. When I received the receipt it still charged me for the coverage. Talked to the manager which he stated he don't have access to change.

Danisha MWhen arrived, it took about 30 minutes until I got permission from the person who runs the U-Haul equipment to proceed with my pickup. He wasn't on site. The clerk at the gas station had to call him and it took a very long time before I was able to hook up and go. Also pre-paid for furniture pads which they didn't have. Now need to call U-Haul to request a reimbursement.
