Update information to report it is all self-service, whoever runs it locally should answer the phone or update their contact numbers. Have the keys in the lockbox. Sweep out the trucks between use. The amount of time it took for us to figure out how to pick up the truck and call U-Haul’s main number took almost an hour which bled into our rental time.

This location was NOT the drop off place I’d selected when picking equipment up. It was ~ 10 miles further away from desired location, well into city traffic, and we drove directly past three other more accessible locations to get to this spot. Fix your algorithm or don’t give options or give credits for pick up & drop off locations other than customer’s initial selection.

ROBERT HIt is always a easy transaction working with Phil and Nicole at The Veterans Housing Agency location
ROBERT HTruck was clean, people obviously put in the effort. I went to pick up truck, and the tenant that lives next to property parked his car in the way of my truck, so I could not get it out. Eventually got him to wake up after fearfully knocking on his sketchy front door a few times. Also, when I was in transit, the drug dog at the Border Patrol checkpoint got me a full 35 minute search, because it detected drugs in the cab area of the vehicle. The agents said this happens a lot with trucks from AZ, NM, and CA (I was in Texas by then). Also, the Dolley was not in my truck when I picked it up, but the back door was rolled up. Likely someone stole it, given the area. Aside from these few things, the vehicle ran well, and I did not have any problems driving it, or upon the return
