The first location you sent us to 402 East Prince Road was horrible. You should not send people to that location. Aside from it being beyond scary, you didn’t make it app accessible for us to check out the truck so we were sitting targets for the questionable clientele at this particular liquor store in the worst part of town. The stress alone from worry about whether they were going to harm my 77 yr old mother sent me into a particularly foul mood which I unfortunately took out in the poor gentleman at the call center who helped me find this new location..my deepest apologies to him for my bad attitude. This has been a constant problem for my family for the past year while renting trucks in different states and multiple times. If it’s not getting the truck at the preferred location ( one time we had to drive to another state to get the truck that we had reserved) it is also returning trucks at a different location that is miles out of the way. I wish for better with U-Haul because it use to be better.
