My bad score has nothing to do with the location for the most part I showed up at 8 am to self pick up my truck and the equipment I wanted was never made ready for me once I finally got ahold of uhaul support they booked me a bigger truck but then ther app and website wouldn't upload anything after multiple times trying I finally got it to work and left with the truck 2 hours later and soon realized that was the worst riding truck I'd ever been in i could literally heard the suspension inside the cab like subwoofers
