We originally rented at another location but the truck wasn’t returned so they sent us to somewhere else to get a bigger truck. We didn’t want a bigger truck but they didn’t have the one we reserved in. The truck we got was too big and the person who rented it before smoked so it smelled. A very bad experience overall with Uhaul.

This place was very accommodating after I had tried to drop off the tow dolly at several other places that were full and had no room for it!

I dropped the trailer off after hours so I utilized the online dropoff procedure. It worked great! Thanks for a successful experience!

I was charge $45 for 2 EXTRA days when I was told that I had 6 days for travel. The lady who helped me acted as though she would not charge me and 4 days later my acct. was charged.

Truck was filthy inside and out. Having such dirty windows is a safety hazard.

I w. ant to commend Jennifer at your Flagstaff location. My Truck's transmission went out while hauling a 6X12 trailer into the mountains outside oh Phoenix. We were forced to crawl into flagstaff where she helped me downsize to a smaller trailer our 2nd car could tow and put the remaining items into storage. we were having a very bad day and she did everything she could to make it painless for us. Her empathy for our situation was very much appreciated and we want you to know what a great employee you have in her!

At the time of pick up I tested the lights and one of them was not working, the representative that provided the equipment started wiggling cables and tapped the light several times to get it going. It took forever to get the paperwork going until a desk person showed up and knew what she was doing. While returning from Nogales to Tucson after dropping off the trailer, one of the tire flaps came off, when returning the equipment the next morning, within 24 hours of returning it, I get charged with two days of service, not one. I was asked to how the flap came off, from the equipment vibrations it was probably already damaged, he then went to file a report and got the hours all wrong and made it look like it was an incident that happened that I caused, I think so it they can charge the insurance company for their below par equipment. I was not impressed at all.
