The rental counter people were fast, friendly and professional. But please clean out the hair and sticky dried liquid in the cup holders and fill the tank in the truck before you rent it. A quarter tank doesn't get you very far in a 20 foot truck. By the way. We had to pick up the car trailer at a different U-Haul location on east Speedway. The worst customer service I've had at a Tucson corporate U-Haul location in 40 years.Storm H.

Our experience at this location was good - the pickup process was easy and efficient, and our equipment was ready to go and in good condition. However, it was frustrating that we made a reservation for another location, only to have it moved to this one with no explanation. We specifically picked the location that we did because it was close to our house and made it easy to get to our destination with a trailer. The new location was twice as far away and much harder to get to and from with a trailer in tow. While we have no complaints about the service we received at this location, we weren't pleased to have our reservation moved unexpectedly.Michael R.

We are in covid times and a good cleaning between rentals is expected. Seats, door, steering wheel and arm rests were dirty. I wiped them down with several disinfectant wipes and they were brown when I was finished. That was the only disappointing part of this experience.VICTORIA W.
Have the reserved vehicle ready for customer when promised! I had to wait almost 2 hours and ended up getting a larger than needed vehicle (26 ft truck) that had terrible gas mileage and cost me an extra $60 in fuel. The vehicle only got & mpg instead of 10 mpg for a 550 mile trip. I had reserved a 20 ft truck which was not available last minute. When I reserved the trailer online it stated that someone would call me to confirm the location I had reserved the trailer at actually had the trailer. No one called, so I showed up at the time of my appointment...that I had confirmed online and uploaded my driver's license, etc. The site did not have the trailer and the attendant was less than helpful in trying to figure out where I could actually pick one up. I called the 800 number and the lady was very polite and helpful. She transferred me to the appropriate group that could help me...and no one ever picked up...and it finally just hung up on me. I finally was able to pick up a trailer at this location 2 hours after the time of my original appointment.Daniel H.
I rented a trailer and needed it for one day. On the day it was to be returned I attempted to call the location and ask to rent another day. No one answered the phone after multiple attempts and then they had the audacity to try and charge me for 3 days. Lol!NICOLE M.

I was scheduled to pick up my trailer at 10am. Plans had changed and wanted to pick up trailer 4pm a day earlier. I was told by the person on the phone l could but the price would almost double. When someone is making a reservation for moving equipment - it usually means they are making a BIG move. Moving is already stressful enough so it is incredibly frustrating when you show up at the exact time you made a reservation and you get to Uhaul and they tell you I'm sorry, the truck you reserved is not here. No offering to rectify the situation, not a call in advance to notify you that you need to make arrangements, not even a discount or a sincere apology. It does not make sense to me that you can make reservations for equipment that is not there at the day and time you show up. We went to two different locations and each time it was complete mess and EXTREMELY frustrating! There needs to be a better system in place - (penalties) for people who don't return equipment on time putting others at an extreme disadvantage especially on days that are already stressful for people! I would NOT recommend UHAUL to anyone currently because it's a nightmare.WILBURN L.
