Let me start off by saying I had a great customer service experience and the team was GREAT to work with. I have one comment based on the procedure which I'm sure is dictated at the corporate level. When I'm picking up my truck, the process of marking where scratches already exist on the truck is not great. I mean, there are scratches everywhere, obviously, because it's an old truck. So, I just put marks all along the side panel on the little sheet they gave me to mark up, but I suggest you either repair your trucks better or come up with a better system than "here's a clipboard... uh.... mark where you see scratches... good luck..." Again, great experience overall otherwise than this process. Thanks! - Andrew

Only one employee available to help a line of customers early on a Saturday. I had to wait 25 minutes to pick up my reserved truck. More than one person should be staffed to help on such a busy time.

Make sure your equipment is working before renting it out and when there is a problem do not give the customer a hassle about compensating for their time...especially if it means the customer had to wait hours in over 110 degrees for a service call that accomplished nothing.

This location was super busy on 7/9. The guys Hal, and His team did their best to get everyone in and out in a timely manner. That being said the wait was long. They could have used an additional 5 people! They were awesome though!

VERY expensive. And ran into some trouble with the rental which made us run late. We "could not b located" for assistance for over 6 hours. Which threw us off schedule. So when they call looking for the van I was treated like a thief and a lier and of course was charged alot more. So Uhaul can kiss my ass right now. And watch Me get charged for saying so

My agrrement stated $0.79/ miles but was charged $0.99 a miles. This was a $52.00 overcharge, plus a $25.00 cleaning fee. I normally do not use this u- haul pickup location and in the future will not use it again.

They only had one guy working the counter - I understand it was a Sunday afternoon before a long weekend but my wait time was more 20 minutes

I first called the 1 800 number got a female that asked me a bunch of questions that had nothing to do with what I needed. She asked for payment info before she even knew if what I needed was available. once she had my card number she told me what I needed wasnt available so I wasted 15 minutes on the phone. I got in my truck and drove to the Oracle location like I should have in the beginning. The young man at the desk was top shelf. He had the knowledge and was not about spreading bullshit just getting me down the road so I could get my job done. I will never call 1 800 again but I will be going back to the oracle location if I ever need a trailer again.

You should shut down the u haul on 2 E Prince. That man was nasty, rude, mean it was a very bad experience. When I complained about him to the man at oracle, I was told it was not the first time he has heard that. I'm sure you lose business because if him.

I received a very scratched truck they did not explain to me the sticker system so I marked ones that had been marked. . . only the young man that checked me out was some what helpful had me dropping truck off at wrong location

Depending on the customer service representative you had it was either excellent or OK. I went into the store several times for supplies leading up to our move and some employees were great and others were just OK. The day I picked up my trailer to haul my car, the employee helping me stopped in the middle of the transaction 3 times. Twice to help other customers (he walked around the counter to go look for pliers for someone, and another customer he was expecting so he helped him before we finished. Lastly he just walked away and went outside and didn't say what he was doing or when he would be back. Luckily he came back in a couple minutes but I was left standing there wondering what was going on?)

They charged me a gallon of fuel for about $6. Are you kidding? I stopped and filled up to a half tank and you're gonna charge for just a single gallon? Terrible service. Last time I use uhaul with the overall poor service.
