My location to pick up my truck was changed two days prior, I had to take a smaller truck, the pads I had ordered were not at the same location as the truck. Upon arrival it was clear that I was given the worst truck of all of the trucks setting out there. The window was cracked & the app wouldn’t work so I had to call customer service. The truck was on EMPTY, the light was on & everything. I have used UHaul before but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a company. An obligatory $50 was taken off my bill that was supposed to be taken off per your company’s policy but nothing additional was offered. It seemed everyone I spoke to wanted to blame someone else for my original truck not being available.

It was difficult to back in park the U-Haul when I returned it.
Joardo PWould not let me edit and add photos after I misclicked but cabin was dirty (crumbs in cup holder). Truck was easy to find but in an awkward location. Instructions were unclear so we dropped off the keys before taking photos, which is why there are only exterior photos.
NICOLE AWhen I reserved my uhaul I declined insurance. When I picked up uhaul through mobile application I was forced to buy it. It would not let me proceed with process unless I paid for insurance. That was $15.00 dollars I couldn’t afford.
