KIMBERLY KWould never do business here again for U-Haul or storage. Slapped on a $50 "cleaning fee" the next day after I brought it back. Had the truck for 24 hours. Drove it less than 20 miles. It was exactly in the same condition as when I picked it up. It's just outright thievery and I will be suing the owner of Valencia Discount Storage tomorrow.
PAUL SI was charged for 3 days. I returned the truck at 7:00 am, my receipt shows 11:03.
