Lock would not open and we had to go to another uhaul and get the truck and did not realize there was no ramp so that was useless but still charged for it. A waste of 3 hours

I picked a facility near my home and they changed the location last minute. Which was out of the way. Also I wanted to pick up from a person not on my phone in the 100 degree heat. On the return there are closer facilities and once again I had to go far from my location. Next time I will do more research so I don't have to the hassle you put me through
DANIEL DOnly had 2 trucks total of inventory and there was no parking. Employee was courteous and fine.
