Don't rent from this location 4451 S Country Club Road, Tucson. Customer services not good. The U-haul business is inside an auto shop and it takes longer to be taken care of due to them handling their other customers with their vehicles. Also provided us with an older trailer where no lock could be placed on the trailer. Trailer was extremely dirty. When the trailer was dropped off, they don't bother to assist to take the trailer off the towing hitch & did not check it in. Received a call from customer services indicating that they still showed we had the trailer 3 days later after we dropped it off. This was caused since no one at the business made the time to check the u-haul we dropped off. Rent from an actual U-haul business & not from one inside another business.
