When I got home with the truck I found the interior filthy. I swept it but our mattress covers were dirty after the move.

Uhaul messed up my reservation so I had to go to a second location. When I got there it took over an hour to get the truck and leave and it made me late for my movers. Also there was an additional 160 dollars that wasn't in the order I had placed online

Missing one safety chain Tail light out Large chunk out of tire tread Very dirty inside I noticed these problems after I loaded the entire trailer, I should be able to be confident the equipment that I am paying for is safe ready and maintained every time. This trailer was obviously not inspected and maintained, cost me three hours waiting for roadside assistance and they brought the Wrong tire. I had to change my whole trip plan because of these incompetent people. Go to an authorized uhaul dealer for rentals, not these sideshow operations working out of someone elses business. I personally ended up fixing the taillight myself and they finally took a tire off of one of the many trailers sitting there in front of me with the correct tire and replaced mine. It is most rediculous that I sat at an authorized UHAUL dealer waiting for roadside assistance because they weren't allowed to work on my trailer because it didn't come from them. Uhaul Please change your policies so all uhaul businesses are able to take care of their faulty equipment at any location.

The place was ok. I felt like I was bothering them when I dropped off the trailer. They did not come out inspect the trailer or assist me in any way.

24 hr drop off was very helpful, especially on a holiday weekend. Instructions were easy to understand reference the process of dropping off.

They told me where to drop the trailer and left me unassisted as I backed in and disconnected by myself

This was not the drop off location on my contract, the one on the contract refused to take trailer.

Trailer was not properly maintained. We lost all of the hydraulic fluid in less than one day. Hitch area was rusty and it appeared after we examined it more closely that the brake fluid assembly had been damaged prior to our usage which is why the fluid leaked. Unacceptable maintenance.

You over charged us 430 dollars to my account .

I reserved a 10' truck, but my reservation was made for a 26' truck. The site I picked up at doesn't even carry 10' trucks. I was stuck with 2x times more truck than I needed and/or could drive! The gentleman at the pick-up location was great.

In two locations, the computer system went down and they had to reboot. Made arrangements the day before and when I picked up, started all over again. Fix computer system. Too long to check in.

I ask for a nice unit. I got a dirty unit inside and out. I made them sweep it out. I got about three blocks and heard a hissing sound. A price of metal slag was sticking out of the tire. I drive it back to macs. They said once I drove off the lot I was no longer their problem and I should call the 800 number. They are a tire store. They could have switched out a tire in ten minutes. I want to thank Purcell tire just down the block who fixed it.

I was contacted by a U-Haul representative about where I would like to drop off the U-Haul when I got into town. The location I requested was full so he suggested another one around the corner at 3616 S. 6th Ave in Tucson, AZ. I told him that would be fine. After unloading the truck, I swept and mopped it and went to fill it at the gas station. I drove around and could not find the place. It was just a Midas brake shop. I stopped down the street to call the 800 number. They told me it was at the Midas. When I got there they told me they are not a drop off location. They take reservations for small trailers and trucks when the other location is full. The employee at Midas called and they directed me to another one at 4451 S Country Club Rd in Tucson. The employee talk to the U-Haul representative and I was told I would not be charged for being late, the couple mile overage, and that I would not have to stop for gas again. It turned out that I was fine on the gas anyways. The name of the place I was directed to is Mac's Tire and Complete Auto Repair and I spoke with someone who  claimed to be the owner. I don't recall his name right because he never gave me his name in the beginning. I told him I was dropping it off and started to explain why I was late as we were walking out side. I pointed him to the damage and started to explain what the Merced office said when he cut me off to tell me that he didn't care what my damage check showed and that he was not going to be liable. I told him that I wasn't either and tried again to tell him so I could ask him how toget it all resolved. He was not being reasonable and would constantly cut my friend or I off when we tried to ask a question. He was extremely rude and confrontational and accused me of doing the minor damage to the truck. Every time I tried to ask a question or explain something he would raise his voice and cut me off and tell me how he really doesn't care, it's not his problem, and that he's not going to be liable for it. I finally got frustrated enough to raise my voice and he then told me I had to leave his property. I told him I would once he gave me the receipt showing that I returned it. He said he wouldn't because he didn't like my attitude. I told him that's fine and to give me the keys and I would return it somewhere else. He refused to give me the keys and told me to get off his property and not come back until I was ready to adjust my attitude. I told him I would leave his property but that I would be calling the police and U-Haul to let them know hewas with holding property that I rented and was responsible for. I went across the street to call when my friend and I saw him approaching us. He continued to be little me and talk trash saying that I need to learn respect and I should have some for him since I'm retired military and he's retired police. After he was done with his trash talking he allowed my friend and I to come in. He finally let me explain my situation but continued to

Guy behind the counter watches me pull in and try to find a place to park with trailer. As soon as I enter, he shoots out the back to talk with someone in the shop for at least 5-minutes. Took over 30-minutes to drop the trailer and get signed out and I was the only customer there. Vehicle flow is not organized or signed well as to where to go, etc. Felt like I was interrupting their day.

Wrong gas level was reported. Tank reported at 1/2 full when it was actually 1/4 full. I was also charged for over 60 miles when I had only put 25-28 miles on the truck. I was called AFTER the wrong amount was tabulated and I was told about the much higher amount than expected. When I asked why so high and they told me I had driven 60+ miles, the person then asked me why didn't I tell them the correct mileage. Isn't that their job to keep accurate records of their trucks? Thank goodness I took pics to prove mileage otherwise I might have had a fight on my hands. I am now waiting for a refund but I now have to call my bank and dispute the extra charges because the extra amount they charged me threw my account into the negative. Will not recommend this place to anyone. Sorry.

I spent over an hour at the vendor just to rent a car dolly. This location appears to do a thriving business with auto repair and tire sales but was having trouble with the U-Haul program. The gentleman serving the counter was doing his best with NO help from others.
