I have never had a bad experience at U-Haul before, let me start out by saying the staff was very professional they were not rude at all. I come in there on one day and make a reservation for a car tote, and then I get an email to do my check in which I do another email that said that the location is different then what I signed up app. The morning of the pickup I get another email at 8:22 in the morning saying that I need to pick up the U-Haul at the Speedway and Craycroft U-Haul, the one that I had originally signed up at. I get there to pick it up and they tell me it's not there. Your email notifications is crappy. That threw off my timing.Allen R.

I'm a long time Uhaul guest and I rented a car hauler for half a day that ended up costing me over $200 dollars due to a slight Misunderstanding on drop off location which was in the same town just different area.. Absolutely NO one was willing to help resolve what was a very minor situation but definitely over willing to charge me more fees with no solution other then pick the trailer up and drive it 20 minutes down the road which was not an option for me due to a very demanding schedule. It seems uhaul has become nothing but a â€œFEE MONSTERâ€ With little focus on its guest. At this point I will no longer recommend Uhaul to anyone nor will I rent there again. I will also be making sure my voice and review capability cost Uhaul well over the little fee that was so proudly charged for dropping a silly trailer conveniently at the nearest place for me and my day as a GUEST but evidently NOT For the company.Joshua H.

Waited over 30 minutes to be helped. Equipment was dirty inside, grease on floor as well as dirt that looked and smelled like horse manure. Person that hooked up trailer didn't know how to hook up chains. Didn't cross safety chains and brake chain fell off shortly after start out.James R.
Service was slow because they were busy taking care of auto repair customers. Their computer system or U-Haul's computer system was very slow. I spent entirely too much time waiting to check out equipment and the check-in equipment .John G.
No one helped me , I had to figure it out myself.. No one checked for damage. I had to buy an adapter at an auto parts store to hook up the electrical connector. I wasn't told about all the charges. I was given a total and expected to pay. Overall, a terrible experience.Brian S.

The gas tank wasn't even 25% full. Plus the windows were dirty. This is not the first I have received a vehicle in this condition. Also for one way trips...customers should be given credit or return fund for being above the amount of gas given initials. This needs to change.....Juan G.

This location was great, but the only reason I went here was because I rented a truck from the W Ajo Way store in Tucson, and the truck stalled out on me less than a mile away.Anthony K.
Didn't work, couldn't use dolly for truck., truck front end too wide for footprint on dolly, not enough clearance on side. Steering wheel does not lock on vehicle. Tried for 3 hours to adjust it to work. Took dolly back and was told that they could not give tefundmarc S.

I have rated this location and U-Haul overall below average for the following reasons. On 12/26 of 2017, I needed to rent a U-Haul trailer I had scheduled my pickup time for 1300 I had arrived approximately 20 minutes early I waited in the front lobby for approximately 30 minutes before receiving service by what seemed to me, the only qualified person in the place. when there was at least two other people that could have processed me, and got me out of there in 10 minutes. Also, I had to borrow someone else's truck they did not have a ball and hitch for their truck, I assumed that U-Haul would have a loner so I would not have to buy one when. I arrived at the location I was informed that they do not have loaners and that I would have to buy one for $30. So, I had to buy the hitch for 30 that I will never use again they also would not let me return the hitch after I was done, I only used it for 45 minutes. I have had previous experience in the rental equipment industry and as good customer service we always had a few hitches and balls on standby to let the customer borrow not only does this provide good customer service but it also helps protect the equipment because you know the quality of the hitch and ball that you're hooking up to and that it's the right size and there's no defects in the hitch. The trailer that I received was dirty and no one had taken the time to sweep out the trailer.Joshua Y.
