The customer service was horrible. Took 25 minutes to get my contract printed with a reservation. The first trailer they hooked to my truck was on their "ready to go" list and none of the lights worked Then the second trailer wiring was so corroded it caused isssues with my truck. So I will no longer be using uhaul trailers unless it's an emergency or a last resort.

This is a summary of my first U-Haul renting experience: I arrived at the U-Haul store and was informed by the general manager that they had no 10' U-Hauls available nor would they have any until the next day at noon. He recommended that I check on the website to see what was available near where I was trying to move from. I then went online in the parking lot of the store to check and found a 10' U-Haul truck available at that location. I placed a reservation and went back into the store to pick up the keys. Instead of apologizing, the general manager said that it was not his fault and that the truck must have "Just come in" when it was sitting in the parking lot at the time that I arrived at the store. I would not recommend this location unless it was the most convenient. Hopefully my next experience will be much more pleasant otherwise I plan to take my business to Penske.

Have a vehicle and storage unit available when customer calls and puts one on reservation have unity and traps baited for rats there was ratchet and units also have latches closed on the hood of trucks so they don't potentially smash out the front windshield when customer drives down the freeway have your employees bright-eyed and bushy-tailed instead of looking like they're all f***** up on drugs confused and disoriented worst U-Haul experience in my life

Brendan was very unhelpful. He wanted us to wait while he manually entered check payments for storage units and didn't want to process our rental. Then we returned at 6:52 and he told us that we would have to return the rental as a night drop even though it was before 7 "because he was too busy". There were not any other customers there. A nice gentleman helped us after he heard that Brendan refused. Very poor customer service.

Know info when asked. I was repeatedly told that my trailer would have no problem hooking up to the rental truck. Come to find out at pick up that Uhaul only has 4 wire connections and their is not an adapter available. Would love a refund for the mileage, gas and time spent running around before I figured this out.

My reservation location was moved WITHOUT me being contacted, then they canceled the reservation and had no explanation for me as to why. I waited forever both at this location and the other location (where I had originally se the reservation for) before anyone helped me, and they were very rude at the other location (I-10 Frontage Road South of Cortaro Rd).

Trailer and paperwork were waiting for me. Casey was very helpful processing the whole proceedure from paperwork, hitching, and testing that all lights were in good working order. Hard to improve on perfection. :)



Overall, the experience was a good one, but there were a few irritating items in the transaction: - I reserved my truck at a different location, closer and more convienient to my departure location, but upon leaving, I was told that a fee would be assessed to my bill if I did not returne the truck to the store where I rented it from. ( ?! ) If that is your return policy, I should be given an equal credit for having to use a store that was not my first choice. - I did not need either a hand truck or extra padding blankets but was told that if I broke the plastic tie in order to move the these out of my way when loading, I would be charged. Really?! I purchased padding blankets at the counter; then you place an obstacle in my way without telling me anything about it, and then try to charge me to move it out of my path! Have you heard the term, "Bait and Switch"? You'll earn more customer loyalty if you were not so cheap!
