Using the app to pick up the truck before the store open was a fiasco. The app does NOT work well, at least on my S26 Ultra. It kept refusing to continue to the next page. Turns out I had to keep going back and restarting and it would then open on the next page. Then it told me I needed to scan a code at the pickup location to make sure I was at the right place, even though the whole thing started with me allowing the app to know my precise location. But then it, without explanation, told me I had to provide an alternate contact as a reference!!!!! I'm not applying for a job -- why do I need to provide a reference for you to call early on a Saturday morning?????? Then after attempting to use this garbage app for a LOOOOOOONG time, it refused to continue because it was now considered a late pickup and I'd have to wait for the store to open (90 minutes later). Thankfully, your customer service agent was very nice and helpful and reset things and got me into my truck. So 5 stars for customer service, negative 100 stars for your worthless app for picking up a truck before the store is open.

Mary MBear Canyon Mail Depot staff went out their way (and were happy to do so) to help me retrieve a garage door opener left in a truck. The staff at this location are wonderful and provide other great services to the neighborhood.
JORDYN DCab and windows were filthy and the engine was down a half a quart of oil when I picked it up. Truck ran fine but the preperation was not good by the delaer.
