A couple of things. 1) as expected in the more satellite pickup, the windows we filthy so folks should bring window cleaner. I was near my house so able to wash inside and out. 2) unable to locate exterior mirror adjustment. If there none, let people know or if there are, like there should be, let people know where! Other than that, right worked great for our task. Will use this location and vehicle again.

Colter HI don’t plan on ever using the Mail Depot for anything in the future. The whole thing felt scammy. The truck had more miles (11 extra miles) and less gas (quarter of a tank) than what U-Haul claimed it had. They charged me more than expected from my online reservation (online $44 discount- he wouldn’t honor that price ), and the manager could not explain ‘deposit’ on my printed contract, if there was one; or if I would get money back when I returned the vehicle. Of course I did not. Also the truck had only a quarter tank of gas to begin with - so how do you add enough gas needed for your trip without paying for extra? I was forced to guess and ended up paying for more. It was overall a confusing and frustrating experience.
JOSHUA SIt's not a full facility. Just a online pick-up drop-off location really. In a back alley behind the strip mall. The overall area is nice but it's a back alley where you do the U-haul. When they are open you might be able to interact with a employee in the Mail Depot.
