Polar opposite from where I picked up. Liquor store in bad part of Tucson, but store owner was super nice and very helpful.

Jack BAt other U-Haul locations, staff hooks up the trailer and checks everything out (lights, trailer hitch connection, etc.). Here, there was only one person on staff, so I had to do it myself. Otherwise, all went well.
Harold HThe young lady who helped me did an excellent job. She efficiently single handedly worked on my rental contract while attending the steady stream of customers. My truck unfortunately had a hole in gas tank which I tried my best to patch with metal tape. Got it to slow drip was best I could do.
