Train employees how to properly do inspections and upgrade what they have. The truck i rented had no gas, the service airbag light was on, the sun visors were barely holding on, the steering wheel has been whittled away so much it feels like there's barely any foam on it and whats left is peeling. I understand charging for miles over what I estimated, but being charged a fuel fee when I left more gas in it than what was in it when I got it is ridiculous. I get it wasnt much, but I didnt get the good graces to have the gas be half full when I got it, so why would I leave more than $50 worth of gas in a vehicle that I had to immediately fill up.
