The app is horrible. I filled out the forms to save time when I picked up the truck and I still sat around for 45 min at pickup because the app wouldn't work properly and I had to wait for customer service to pick up the phone. Making us install an app that doesn't work is extremely frustrating. If there is another rental company close enough, I will use them next time. Uhaul self pickup used to be so much better.

DIEGO OIf possible, have more furniture dollies on hand. Everything else was wonderful.
EDUARDO GA couple of things. 1) as expected in the more satellite pickup, the windows we filthy so folks should bring window cleaner. I was near my house so able to wash inside and out. 2) unable to locate exterior mirror adjustment. If there none, let people know or if there are, like there should be, let people know where! Other than that, right worked great for our task. Will use this location and vehicle again.
