I made a reservation reserving equipment that was not there. Blankets were dirty and thrown in a pile of another truck and was only 12. They sent me to another LICQUOR store which they said had the equipment I needed. Once there they refused to rent me a dolly and said the rental person was not working and they could not help me. It cost me 3 hours with liquor stores and then trying to buy equipment that I RESERVED! Awful experience! What was the purpose of reserving equipment if I’m not going to receive anything! Very disappointing
Julie BHowever I was suppose to get a 40 mile credit due to the long distance I had to travel to pick up my rental, but I don’t see that credit on my receipt. Please address
