I rented the truck, and when I returned it, I was charged an additional $270, supposedly because I returned it to the wrong location. However, when I picked up the truck, I specifically asked the employee if I could return it to any U-Haul location. She said she called someone to confirm it and then told me that yes, I could return it to any location.
