When I arrived to pick up the trailer it was full of debris. An old toilet, beer bottles and construction trash. I had to tell him that they needed to clean it out and sweep it out. He had his guy use a blower to blow the remaining debri out of the trailer.the parking area had broken glass all over and Nails and

Javier HPicking up and dropping off was terrible. The location put the wrong key in my lock box for pick up and I had to call and have them transfer over all the information for me to get the correct truck. When dropping my U-Haul off the lock box was completely destroyed and I once again had to call to figure out what to do. I don’t think I’d ever want to use a U-Haul vehicle after my terrible experience this time.
