I love renting U Haul 5 x 8 enclosed trailer! I have rented them locally and for one way rentals as well! I liked to rent from Hartley's Automotive here in Cortland since it was local, until they no longer carried the U Haul rentals. Hartley's was excellent. Townater Towing is as good as Hartley's but not so local. "Jax" the other local to me here in Cortland absolutely sucks!! I've rented a 5 x 8 a few times with him and I waited an hour or so every time for pick up. He puts the U Haul people after all his sales instead of the order the customer. To me disrespectful and rude..... Last time I tried to rent it took an hour (as usual) and he didn't have my reserved ahead of time rental. So....U Haul gave me $50 cash and I drove to Ithaca to rent a trailer. Sucked. Townater is quick polite....and though it's a half hour drive I know I'll be treated respectfully and quickly. Thanx Towanater!! Excellent service and beats "Jax" by 100 times for customer service!!
