I feel there's no improvement needed. the owner of the establishment was very friendly. very compliant to anything that was needed. he was wonderful. I would recommend this location and I would definitely use this location again

It was pretty far off the main highway. The associated mini-mart was very interesting and made it fun. The owner was very accommodating!

Cory PThe hook on the cable that activates the hydraulic brake system on your 6 x 12 trailer is too small to attach to a normal receiver hitch. I had to improvise an attachment point to make it work... please check it out. Thanks.
Larry HI was treated with respect during the sign up process, and Fred helped me hook up the trailer and be on my way. Samantha (in the Uhaul headquarters) stayed late to help me with paperwork so that I could switch to a larger trailer, and was extremely helpful during this process.
