Overall I was very happy with the whole situation from the first phone call when I'm dropped it off everybody was nice and the gentleman where I picked it up at was very patient the trailer pulled straight. The fold down fenders what a great idea I had to pull the car onto the trailer with the tow rope and another vehicle this folded the fenders right out of the way made it so easy and didn't tear up nothing.. nice trailer

The first one I called, the man could hardly speak English. He said "Yeah we have a trailer". We were asking for a car hauler and when we arrived, all he had was a small box trailer. Then he called his boss and we waited for close to 30 minutes for him to arrive. Then we asked to rent the car tow dolly. He asked for what kind of car. We told him a 1928 Chevrolet. He couldn't find it on his computer so he said we couldn't rent it. Then he said there's another U-Haul place just up the road. 4 miles away in the city we didn't know our way around. Thank goodness for google maps. We got there and the man was great. He gave us a car hauler, hooked it up and away we went. The first one at 3304 61st in Supulpa or Tulsa was NOT GOOD!!! Wouldn't recommend him ever!
