Turned away. Sent to Skyland. Turned away there. Sent back to McKinney. Called customer service. Natasha said “I can't help you because there are other calls waiting - you'll just have to figure it out on your own.†Asked for her supervisor who was very helpful.

The drop off place was hard to find and they kept calling me because the pick up store changed my order. I explained it at least 3 times and they kept saying that someone needed the trailer. It was a mess. Once I got there, the guy was nice enough about helping me get the trailer off the truck.

The overall experience with u-haul was awful. We planned weeks in advance and then the original place didn't have a truck and then the second place didn't either. After a whole day of horrible experiences this location came through. The man who helped us , Poo, was great and was the only positive experience.
