The truck was not road worthy, the front end shook so bad while braking it was hard to control. When I told the agent, she stated she took it out of service and uhaul put it back in service without fixing anything. I will not rent another uhaul truck again.

SUSAN HThe parking lot is too small for the trucks and trailers that were being returned to this location. Additional parking lot space is needed if U-Haul is to continue to operate out of this storage facility.
