The lady at the desk was extremely helpful and pleasant to talk with while I did the paperwork. Check engine light was on. No troubles but would have been bad to be stuck on the side of the road.

It took 45 minutes to get the paperwork done! She said it was the Uhaul app. This is unacceptable.
Billy MThe truck was not running correctly, had a skip and poor acceleration. My trailer I reserved first was not there at the location so I had to get another trailer just to find out half way my trip that the wiring harness for the trailer lights had a shortage which was causing the lights to go off and on. Very disappointing and frustrating.

SCOTTY WMake sure that each customer knows that everything has to be done and closed out on their phone app with U-Haul before leaving the premises of the drop off location. I had a bad experience with Lucas oil in whinnfield Alabama this past week and cost me my full deposit.
