People weren't helpful because there were no people. Location is difficult to find as the business is not visible from the road and the signage is very small and lost in all the other business names on a large signboard.

Customer service was outstanding. The van was very clean, and well maintained. I would highly recommend this location and their fleet.
Shawna PYour site was down therefore the staff at the location couldn’t t check me in. Didn’t get my license, or my CC for payment and didn’t explaining that if I didn’t fold the blankets again, that that would be a 25 dollar charge. Not clear, not explained and overcharged for mileage.
