I had a truck reserved for a 10:00 AM pickup, but due to technical difficulties on U-Haul’s end with sending the text verification codes, I wasn’t able to actually pick up the truck until 11:20 AM. Because of the delay, I had movers scheduled and waiting at my house for about 35 minutes with no truck, and I ultimately had to pay for an additional hour of their service. I was still charged approximately $100 by U-Haul for the rental, and the delay also cost me an additional $75 in moving expenses.

I would suggest making it more clear that the location that the customer signed up for pick-up might not be selected. I selected a location, and it turned out that location was not the final pickup location. The website should make it more clear that it could change.
