Opted to try checking in online using the truck share 24/7 option. Completed all the steps only for the app to tell me to go inside (not get the key from a lock box as expected). The cashier made me wait while she called multiple people to verify that she could give me the truck key because she "had never seen this screen before." After finally receiving the key, when pulling the truck out of the spot, I realized that it had a vehicle trailer attached. Anticipating that the staff would be of little to no help, I disconnected the trailer myself. The truck seemed to struggle to run and made strange noises; definitely would not have wanted to drive it on a freeway. When we opened the back of the truck, I was shocked to find about 100 moving pads and an appliance dolly taking up the space from the wheel well to the door. While free things are appreciated, it was very inconvenient to have to move it all to get into the truck.

I showed up a bit early for my pick and I am glad I did. I had to wait over 45 minutes because the truck I had reserved was according to the clerk not in the system for pick up. Even though I got a phone call the day before telling me what location the truck would be at for pick up. So after a very long time, I left the location at 10:30 when my pick up time was at 10 am. Also the truck had only 1/4 tank of fuel so I had to stop and get fuel before I could go out and use it. And I saw on the website there would be a mobile pick up option but when I got to the location that option was available because she keep saying the truck in not in the system.

Garrett BThe lady that rented to me was very rude and very short and charged me for insurance which I did not want. Upon returning the vehicle she was very rude again very short and would not check me out unless I called uhaul and tell them I kept truck an extra day. Horrible customer service!!!
