I had a great experience with Uhaul, so, I don't have any improvements to suggest at this time.
TIMMY CGas station. Uhaul had to use my phone for the transaction. Didn't have my glasses which made it difficult for me to see the information on my phone. I do not like using my phone for handling this type of transaction. I like dealing with people face to face. Did not receive a code to open the lock box. Gas attendant had to open. Once opened 1000 dead bugs were in the box and all over the keys. Gas attendant was helping customers and me at the same time which caused delays. this location should close.
