It said the location had a 24 hour dropbox this was not true. I had to Drop Off keep the keys. I had to return the next day so I had to incur a second trip with my personal vehicle to return to location to return the keys the representative I mean, yeah he was friendly enough I mean, but what are you gonna do? He says that U-Haul's not sending them enough trucks and so that this location is closing, but when I rented the vehicle, they said that this was a valid location, and I was extremely disappointed in that I feel that I should've had been compensated and reimbursed for this location snafu even though I talked to a representative when I was there, I called the one 800 number and talk to an individual and they told me to just take the keys and come back the next day.

MARK EThey had the wrong key in the lock box so we had to get ahold of representatives and get transferred and then put into another truck which took like 30 minutes. Then were later informed the truck would have to be dropped off at same location because it is a local U-Haul (wasn’t told that anywhere) or be charged a fee which doubled our cost. So we spent over 300 on a 70 mile trip or else we would have had to double the miles to drive back and drive another car back just then drive back the other way adding 3 hours onto the move.
