I reserved and paid online. Pick up was easy and quick. Staff was very polite and helpful. The 5x9 trailer was in excellent condition and trailered very well. As a former contractor (25 years), this was a very good rental experience. 👍👍

CLARENCE DThe mobile app would not allow me to take pictures of the vehicle. The manager/owner said that he wasn’t unable to print a paper contract, and there was nothing that he could do. I asked how I was meant to note damages and dirt levels of the vehicle and he just told me that it was fine. So I had to take multiple videos.
