The reserve truck was not available, found another truck 2 miles away and left my car there. When I returned to the original location they said to take the truck back 2 miles away. I said my car is here how do I get back, no offer to take me so I left the truck. They said I would be charged extra which I am disputing since was not my fault but a inconvenience.
