The building itself needs work; particularly the paint. It looks delapitated. The vehicle was in excellent condition though.

The personnel was not very friendly. He did not want to accept the drop off until i showed him the text and email showing that the drop off was at his location. He was very rude, grouchy and not very helpful.

Daniel WThe attendant at this Getty gas station knew how to process my order but he was unnecessarily rude to me and to other customers...he seemed angry and annoyed that we were there bothering his peace of mind. I could not have been more polite but he was short and almost angry. He practically shouted at the next customer about whether they were there for Uhaul. I will not come back to this location. The Northborough location is a good 15 minutes farther away but I would rather go there and spare myself the acid stomach experience.
Duane HHave an app that works! It took almost two hours and several phone calls for me to get the keys for the vehicle. And of course you charged me for the full 8 hours. Extremely inconvenient! I will never use U-Haul again. I will tell anyone and everyone to not use U-Haul ever!
