How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe employee told me to take the wrong key. I took the first and second photos for the app. I decided I should pull the truck out of the extremely cramped parking spot to get the side pictures. The door would not unlock. I went to the truck next to it and the key unlocked that one. I continued with my truck check. The mileage did not match so I typed it in. It told me I couldn't accept the mileage and to see the agent. I went back in where he told me I had the wrong key. I got the correct key but could not get into the page to do more pictures. Very frustrating.
