The employee told me to take the wrong key. I took the first and second photos for the app. I decided I should pull the truck out of the extremely cramped parking spot to get the side pictures. The door would not unlock. I went to the truck next to it and the key unlocked that one. I continued with my truck check. The mileage did not match so I typed it in. It told me I couldn't accept the mileage and to see the agent. I went back in where he told me I had the wrong key. I got the correct key but could not get into the page to do more pictures. Very frustrating.

JEAN RI drove the truck into a parking space adjacent to the gas station. The associate came out and said "You can't park there the truck will get towed. Park it around the side of the building. Which I proceeded to do front end in- easy to do between two other trucks in a crowded parkin lot. He ran out again and yelled " Hey, you have to back it in. I said really between these two trucks ? He said yes. WHich with some difficulty was able to maneuver it into the space. Then I proceeded to use the app for return which he said to do. After which I dropped the keys in the lock box following the apps direction. He then yelled Hey when there is a person from Uhaul here (which I did not know he was- you should hand them the keys. I said OK and left. NOT helpful at all and the parking situation is horrible.
