The lady named Nancy was absolutely horrible. Upon my arrival, I showed her my booking. She informed me I probably wouldn’t be getting a truck I reserved because someone else also reserved same time as me and they only had 1 vehicle. I waited a few minutes for other to arrive and they did not. She reluctantly gave me the truck. I was supposed to be charged 42$ as was posted on the site. I was charged 113$ and told if I do not use all the miles, I would get reimbursed. The truck smelled disgusting and they gave me an air freshener as a solution. Fine. I return the truck an hour and 10 minutes before my allotted time was up. I checked the miles and I hadn’t used the total miles I paid for. I requested my reimbursement and she argued with me saying I was lying and I used all the miles. She went to check the miles again and came back and said I was so rude but she’s going to give me my money back anyways (so now I’m not a liar anymore apparently!) she was mad I had caught her in her scam. Never using this location again.

Friendly and customer service was great
Clayton SThere was no gas in the tank when I picked up the truck. It was confusing the entire time because I had to go out of town to pick up and then they wanted me to drive over an hour to return it. The pick up agent was nice and she did stay in contact throughout the process.
Michelle BCustomer service at the location was great. Talked to the manager Nancy upon return, she just wanted to know how everything was and how the equipment was and made sure that I had everything I needed. people working at the counter were very helpful. Definitely use them again.
