VENKY JThe lady named Nancy was absolutely horrible. Upon my arrival, I showed her my booking. She informed me I probably wouldn’t be getting a truck I reserved because someone else also reserved same time as me and they only had 1 vehicle. I waited a few minutes for other to arrive and they did not. She reluctantly gave me the truck. I was supposed to be charged 42$ as was posted on the site. I was charged 113$ and told if I do not use all the miles, I would get reimbursed. The truck smelled disgusting and they gave me an air freshener as a solution. Fine. I return the truck an hour and 10 minutes before my allotted time was up. I checked the miles and I hadn’t used the total miles I paid for. I requested my reimbursement and she argued with me saying I was lying and I used all the miles. She went to check the miles again and came back and said I was so rude but she’s going to give me my money back anyways (so now I’m not a liar anymore apparently!) she was mad I had caught her in her scam. Never using this location again.
