I've made a reservation to pick up the trailer at Eagle Pass, once I have arrived there was no trailer and nobody there!!! The phone number that was at the site nobody would answer. I called UHAUL and the sent me to Uvalde after a 1 hr drive I have arrived to the location and they were waiting form me. I went to the office to do the paperwork and when I stepped outside the trailer was already hooked up to my truck !!! Amazing service at Uvalde
