Woman told me that a extra day was charged and would do nothing about it, told me to call U-Haul phone number, called, a lady answered on the phone, straight up lied to me that I was suppose to have had it there at 8:30am, my receipt showed 9am, I was there before 9am, the Woman at L&R in Uvalde was busy with a customer and checked my trailer in at 9:01am. I called a different U-Haul phone number, the lady named Elena Sudduth, completely figured everything out, understood and started reimbursing the $30.80 immediately, it was like if I didn't say something and stand up for a fee that was being charged for as to manipulate me out of extra money.
