Woman told me that a extra day was charged and would do nothing about it, told me to call U-Haul phone number, called, a lady answered on the phone, straight up lied to me that I was suppose to have had it there at 8:30am, my receipt showed 9am, I was there before 9am, the Woman at L&R in Uvalde was busy with a customer and checked my trailer in at 9:01am. I called a different U-Haul phone number, the lady named Elena Sudduth, completely figured everything out, understood and started reimbursing the $30.80 immediately, it was like if I didn't say something and stand up for a fee that was being charged for as to manipulate me out of extra money.

JOHNNY YI've made a reservation to pick up the trailer at Eagle Pass, once I have arrived there was no trailer and nobody there!!! The phone number that was at the site nobody would answer. I called UHAUL and the sent me to Uvalde after a 1 hr drive I have arrived to the location and they were waiting form me. I went to the office to do the paperwork and when I stepped outside the trailer was already hooked up to my truck !!! Amazing service at Uvalde
