The trailer was not available and we had to drive 40 min outside of Gatineau to get It was a drop off in New Brunswick and we were told that we had it for 4 days It was return the next day so I taught we would have a discount but no we won’t told that when we made the reservation

I booked to get a pick up location close to me. It was not respected as I had to go 35 minutes instead of 10 minutes from my residence. Not happy with that.

Kathy NThis U-Haul location, Val-des Monts Québec, is excellent. My 4th time renting a cube van in 3 years (I help people). Friendly, helpful service. Takes the time to answer questions (and knows answers...). Trucks and accessories are clean and in good working order. Have rented elsewhere in the past. This the place now!
Brian TThere was no one at the location when I arrived, therefore I cannot judge the personnel qualifications. However the parking lot was full of mud and there was barely a place where I could fit in the truck. This place looks like a scrap yard.
