I was told the total charge was going to be $202, and that if I don't use the full 100km that I paid for, I would get a refund. I used 72km and it cost me an extra $90. You're a scam

The rental truck that was supplied to me stunk so badly of urine it was unbareable. I was required to drive with both windows down the whole time and when stopped at a traffic light could still smell the strong odour. By the time I was done within an hour of usage had migraine due to the stench.
Natashia TTruck was filthy, when I started my route the next morning the Engine light was on and the truck could barely accelerate to 40kms while empty. When I phoned I was told that the Engine light didn't matter - the truck is fine. When I disagreed, they said if you're not satisfied you can return it. I did 20 min later. Still got charged for the rental that I was not able to use. I had to rent another vehicle from a different UHaul location requiring an additional day rental and inconvenience. NOT IMPRESSED.
